Depending on the selected mesh type, Phantom’s Executive Power Screens help reduce your air conditioning costs, lowering the amount of energy used to cool the house in summer. Simply press a button on the remote control or on the mobile app to raise or lower, allowing up to four screens with one remote.

Executive Screens allow you to open your home to the outdoors. Screen components can be recessed into building cavities to remain out of sight until needed, thereby creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.

Recessing Your Screens

Tucked away and out of sight, a recessed mount is typically done during construction. The entire screen unit, including tracks and rollers, can be recessed directly into columns, archways, wood, brick, stucco, concrete, stone – you name it!

We can partner with your builder or architect in order to build recessed cavities into your structure that will conceal your Phantom Screens, allowing them to completely disappear when they’re not needed.

For Operation

Control your screens with Somfy’s easy to use remote control or with their app. Somfy myLinkTM puts you in control, so that you can operate your Phantom motorized screens through your favorite mobile device whether your home or not.

Environmental Sensors

Thanks to Somfy technology, our Executive Motorized Retractable Screens respond to the outdoor conditions. The sun sensor will lower your screens during warmer days and the wind sensor will retract them into their protective housing in the case of stormy conditions

Using clear vinyl with motorized screens by Phantom Screens enables you to control the temperature in your outdoor living space. In cooler climates, it’s designed to keep the warmth in and the weather out, and for hotter climates it’s perfect for keeping cooled air in your covered porch or patio area.

The vinyl and screen work on the same track with separate housing units and move interchangeably, giving you the ability to control your climate within seconds.
