Marty came today and put in my phantom screen door… The experience was flawless. I knew the price upfront, they told me timeframe he would be coming, He communicated a half an hour before he was on his way. He was very efficient and went over everything about the door after. I’ve only had it a day, but I absolutely love being able to allow the outdoors in with my screen door. Thanks Marty!

Best company for these auto screens! I had them back out on a custom design screen door with some add ons. Again great product and the best service. Ask for Stoli but they were all great. Thank you. Eddie

The team at Screening Solutions are exactly what you would hope to connect with and we are so glad we did. We had a unique scenario that included an accessible doorway that was leading to a small platform and ramp. It required a bit of thought to make sure the flow from doorway/screen install and ramp would be seamless. We were so fortunate to work with Matt Fleming who guided the plan and did the install with Jordan and both were simply the most considerate, fast, tidy and efficient. But also, special thanks to Amber and Victoria who were involved in the early stages and the scheduling gymnastics that were a part of our project. We love local, small businesses who listen and truly want to help. We appreciated the support so much and would not hesitate to work on another project with this team again. We definitely recommend Screening Solutions for quality of product and the exceptional customer experience.

We love our new screened in patio!!!!! It was well worth the wait! Most importantly was the “crew” that installed the screens! They were clean cut and they conducted themselves in a professional manner. They showed respect for our new outdoor furniture. They moved everything back to its original location. They were very easy to work with and answered all our questions. The lead gentleman was so friendly and kind. We are blessed to have had your company install our screened in patio.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I have searched so many companies to install a permanent screened enclosure on my back porch. I have two posts with rock and they perplexed everyone. Not this company! Absolutely no problem! The communication from the first submission of my interest to project finished was above & beyond. Professional staff and hard working crew! Everyone was so nice. My back patio looks outstanding and it was done quickly!

I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship on my project! The curved screen section shows what these guys can do and how much they care about the details. The whole process from design to install was flawless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Stop searching for a screening company and just call Screening Solutions… you won’t be disappointed.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Screening Solutions Ohio. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner in person, and he spent a great deal of time walking me through everything, answering all my questions, and making sure I fully understood the options. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated.

Brett, the sales manager, was fantastic—excellent communication, clear explanations, and detailed, transparent pricing. He made the entire process easy and comfortable.

Amber in the office is a real gem. She’s friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction with her was smooth, organized, and pleasant.

And the installers were amazing—professional, skilled, and meticulous with the installation. The final result looks incredible.

I highly recommend Screening Solutions Ohio. Exceptional people, exceptional service, and an exceptional product!

Kyle was our install technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and definitely had significant experience. He had excellent practical application of both. He texted and arrived ahead of schedule which we appreciated. He helped with the final color selection which turned out to be perfect. He had a small challenge to move the ring doorbell – no problem. The total install took about 45 minutes – totally awesome. Kyle was very personable and talked us through the entire process. He is a true credit to his company and the clients he serves. We HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Screening Solutions/Phantom Screens. Also important, the price was right.

Working with Screening Solutions has been a wonderful experience. So many companies now a days don’t understand good customer service, I assure you this one does. I had some difficult issues that came up and they were very accommodating, understanding and made it work. All staff were friendly, professional, and the installers were great. Will definitely recommend and use again.
